Focusing on the best interest of the child and family preservation, CSI has supported and empowered thousands of individuals and families throughout Springfield and Greater Boston . CSI has been fiercely committed to keeping families living together in the community through the use of expressive play therapy, supportive mentoring, and psychotherapy supported by psychiatric evaluation, and a psychology department with extensive expert experience in psychological testing, parenting evaluations, and risk assessment.
As a community-based outreach therapist, you will provide psychotherapy to children, individuals and families in a variety of community settings including at home or school. During treatment, your client will have access to additional services such as Therapeutic Mentoring, Psychological Testing, and Medication Management in our department of Psychiatry.
Candidates must have a Masters’ degree (60 hours minimum) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
A current Massachusetts CANS certification is required
Independent license highly desirable (LICSW, LMHC)
Bilingual and culturally fluent (Spanish/English) preferred
Fee-for-Service Hourly Rates or Salary Models available
