Community Services Institute is looking for Masters Level Clinicians to provide Outpatient, Outreach Services to adults, children and families in-Clinic and in Outreach stations in Dorchester, Roxbury and surrounding communities.

As a CSI Outreach Therapist you will be asked to serve a challenging population but the rewards are many.  Our clinical supervision and training program is designed to assist clinicians in developing their skills as therapists.  The training is especially helpful to clinicians on a track for licensure.

Current open positions are full-time requiring 20 – 25 billable service hours per week.

Qualification Required

  • Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field with 2 years post-Master’s supervised experience or 2 years internship (1000 hrs), or a combination of 1 year post-Master’s supervised experience and 1 year internship (500 hrs) performing outreach therapy
  • A current Massachusetts CANS certification is required
  • Independent license and bilingual are highly desirable

Candidates have a choice between a salary + bonus based pay that requires a fixed schedule or a fee-for-service based pay that comes with a flexible schedule.  An additional bonus is paid to Multi-lingual clinicians with the ability to provide therapy in a language other than English.
